🔔 Please read policies before booking an appointment. Booking an appointment with Gels by Cassie means you are agreeing to adhere to my policies and terms.

POLICIES

Bookings
All bookings require a 50% deposit which will go towards the total cost of your service. You may cancel or reschedule up until 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 24hours of your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel your appointment before the 24hr period your deposit will be held as a credit to use for your next appointment. No shows will have to pay the 100% cost of the booked service.

Late arrivals and no shows
Please be on time to your appointment. If you are late, we may mark you as a no show or have to shorten your appointment. This may lead to you missing out on add-ons you have booked.

Removals
I do not remove SNS and Acrylic. To avoid disappointment please do not come to your appointment with any of these products on your nails as we will not be able to continue with the appointment.

Nail art
If you are booking nail art with your service, please send inspiration photos via Instagram so I can assess the design and confirm prices.

Refunds
All services are non-refundable. You will be asked throughout the service if you are happy with your nails. If you are unhappy, please let me know so we can address it during the service. Once you leave your appointment no change of mind or refunds will be offered. If you notice lifting of the gel, or any faults within 3 days of your service a repair will be offered no charge. This does not include damages caused by using your nails as tools or accidental breakages. after 3 days you will have to pay for any repairs.

Allergies
If you have previously had an allergic reaction to any nail enhancements in the past, or have a current skin or nail condition, please let me know prior to your appointment.
Gels like any product contain chemical ingredients. When working with chemicals there is a chance of an adverse reaction. While the chances of an allergic reaction are low, it’s important to be aware. As your Nail technician I will take every precaution and care to minimise the risk of any negative side affect. By choosing to book with Gels by Cassie you take full responsibility for any reactions that occur.

Builder gel SHORT NAILS

More info In this service a Russian e-file manicure is performed safely, removing dead skin and cleaning the cuticle zone. This will elongate your nails and give it an overall better appearance. We will then prep and apply the strengthening Builder gel overlay. Finished with nourishing cuticle oil and hand cream. First time clients will receive a mini consultation assessing your nail health and discuss your nail goals. PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT REMOVE ACRYLIC & SNS. View less

Builder Gel MEDIUM/LONG NAILS

More info Hard gel is stronger and not as flexible as Builder gel which provides more strength and durability for longer nails, damaged or weaker nail types. In this service a Russian e-file manicure is performed safely, removing dead skin and cleaning the cuticle zone. This will elongate your nails and give it an overall better appearance.
